Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and expert senior test automation engineer to join our team supporting R&D test & verification management solutions application. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

In your new role you will:

• Develop test strategies, automation framework and plans in accordance with epic/user stories/business requirements
• Define test metrics, execution plan, create and maintain test cases and automate them using identified framework.
• Analyzing and reporting test results to identify areas of improvement.
• Focus on quality, continuous improvement of tests and test efficiency.
• Drive towards frequent regression testing, maintain CI/CD infrastructure, test base, test execution, resolution measures.
• Participating in Agile development, testing and releases

Your Profile

You take pleasure in continuously developing your knowledge and skills, always striving for high quality in your daily work. Even under pressure, you stay solution-focused, open, and flexible.You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• An university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Web based tools/applications test automation and development
• Experience in implementation and configuration integrations between different application using Rest API’s
• Hands on experience in test frameworks (e.g: Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest) along with Jenkins/GIT/Bitbucket/Gitlab/Jira
• Mandatory knowledge in programming language like Typescript/Javascript
• Experienced in analyzing and reporting test results to identify areas of improvement
• Experience with Xray for test management and tracking, particularly in managing and executing test cases within Agile environments
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and experience in integrating performance testing into automation frameworks
• Proven experience in leading test automation activities, including guiding teams, developing automation strategies, and improving overall test efficiency and quality
• Fluency in English
