BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Python Developer in Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid!
Position Title: Python Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid.
Anticipated Start Date: 03/24/2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $70-$75/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Hands-on Python/Kubernetes Developer (ideally with Payments experience):
1. At least 6-8 years of hands on experience and strong in Python, Kubernetes and SQL
2. Seasoned practitioner who is well organized, can perform well in a developer capacity in an "individual contributor" role, while also being a team player working with geographically distributed teams (US, Canada, India)
3. Any Financial Services Payments experience (e.g., working with and knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX messages) would be a definite plus, but is not a hard requirement
4. Strong client presence preferred
5 .Strong preference to candidates in NY Tristate area and willing to work out of the client site (Jersey City, NJ) in Senior Hands-on Python/Kubernetes
