How you create impact

• Processing of customer orders from order receipt to delivery
• Planning, booking and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse management system as well as creation of loading plans
• Administration of national and international transports, including preparation of transport documentation and driver dispatch
• Control of incoming and outgoing goods documents
• Administrative processing of complaints and returns as well as shipment tracking
• Communication with carriers, carriers and customers
• Preparation or implementation of customs clearance
• Creation and maintenance of statistics and reports

What we would like you to bring

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Confident handling of MS Office programs as well as strong numerical comprehension
• Strong communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientation
• Independent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
