Job Summary

The Operational Readiness Manager role is responsible for facilitating changes in process and technology for Institutional Market Operations. This position is responsible for executing business plan objectives that involve organization change management, improving customer service experience and enhancing associate engagement. More specifically, the position adds value to the organization by partnering with key stakeholders to execute and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, completing project objectives, and influencing product prioritization. In addition, this role may provide significant mentorship and support to the Op Readiness Consultant role.

What You Will Do:

  • Support all teams under Institutional Markets Ops including RLRP, DBA and CEC.
  • Meet project timeline deliverables
  • Create and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing
  • Execute deliverables for OneAmerica Way for Operations
  • Coordinate and facilitate organizational change management for Institutional Markets including communication, training, and documentation
  • Lead process enhancement meetings
  • Collect, manage, and implement ideas for process improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to engage and collaborate across functional areas
  • Evaluate process solutions to determine feasibility and prioritization
  • Assist team members with project planning and execution

What You Will Need:

  • College degree preferred or work experience in lieu of preferred.
  • 3-5 year's experience working within operations, pension administration or process improvement.
  • Yellow Belt /. Yellow Belt 2 recommended.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, and ability to navigate multiple systems is required.
  • Foreign language skills a plus but not required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • High School Diploma or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Salary Band: 6A

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
