THE JOB:
As a Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
THE STARTING RATE:
$33.65
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assess hardware and software needs for project planning and recommend solutions
- Design innovative approaches to complex issues and suggest process improvements
- Document key project metrics and report to Senior Management
- Lead project deployments, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors for implementation
- Support end users pre- and post-deployment to ensure successful delivery
- Develop automation scripts and deployment documentation
- Train and oversee technicians and contingent staff during rollouts
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on supported and unsupported devices
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience in a similar role
- Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience in resort or hospitality IT environments
- Skilled in cross-platform support and integration issue resolution
- Familiar with system and integration-level testing and QA practices
- Proficient in scripting with basic fluency in command line
- A+ certification and MCP or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Effective leader with mentoring experience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$33.65
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s equity plan.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
