To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Customer Fullfilment Solutions (CFS) team as a Program Manager for International (EMEA, BR,MX, APAC). In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the International Customer Fulfilment environment.

A day in the life
As a Program Manager on the CF Solutions team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with end-to-end owning, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex risk-based security projects and programs specific to Customer Fulfilment within International. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. You identify, assess, as well as prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.
About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the CF Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible. Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enable business units conduct their daily operational tasks whilst mitigating risks accordingly. To reach this goal, we collect and consolidate information to evaluate existing as well as evolving modus operandi. Collaborating with additional Security and Loss Prevention support function teams, we assess the risk and develop programs to minimize potential impact. We also provide strategic, tactical, and operational programs for customers’ as well as stakeholders’ business needs and priorities by working closely with International senior management, support functions, and other security functions in a global framework.
