DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for developing the strategic vision for supply chain tools support programs while partnering with technology partners on new releases, system enhancements and training.
- Work with various cross functional global teams to define program support and standard work around tools usage.
- People leader (leading a team of six to eight non-exempt employees) and will operate with customer centric approach in issue resolution and root cause elimination of barriers addressed via SIM triage.
- Analytical in their approach to problem solving as well as reporting to Sr. leaders on ticket volumes and trends.
- Drive global adoption, expansion and improvement of all existing systems and tools currently being utilized and supported, partnering closely with Site Procurement/Operations, GPCS execution, GCP and Program teams.

- Support issue resolution and root cause analysis addressed via SIM triage
- Work with remote partners across site procurement/operations to understand current processes for the support of non-inventory goods and services
- Help to develop and document a strategy to ensure continuity of supply of goods and services within the network
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to show performance and proactively identify risk in the supply of key non-inventory supplies
- Work with the Senior Program Manager to lead projects from initial development to implementation that will streamline processes to drive operational improvements
- Create quality analysis on a day-to-day basis
- Track the progress of onboarding new customer groups
- Create buy-in for the vision with key internal partners
About the team
GPCS - Coupa, Idle Assets and Supplier Connect Programs team currently provides support for training module/user guide, new site onboarding, setup, permissions, escalations(bugs related to integration, count/suite/planning interface issues), feature enhancement intake/updates, office hours, rubric standardization and one-on-one assistance.
Additionally, the position will work on overall program management and strategy specific to expansion, efficiency delivery and developing a global operating model.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- Experience drafting narratives tying/untying anecdotes with data, writing white papers, OP inputs and project milestone tracking/updates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
