Who you are:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous communicator who wants to help Hometap realize our ambitious intentions, whether that be shifting our rapidly growing Investment Operations to a new technology platform or ensuring we are prepared to scale to a multi-product company. You are familiar with complex technical ecosystems, integration projects, and their demands on related functions. You are tactical by nature but maintain adequate perspective on strategic intentions.
Sitting on our Biz Ops team, you’ll report to the VP of Business Operations and have a hand in driving projects that are crucial to Hometap’s growth and success. You’re a great fit if you are inspired by building alignment and plans across functions, and keeping people accountable to deliver against them. You can manage up when changes arise, and motivate teams through the process when an important deadline is imminent. You’re nimble enough to accommodate a dynamic business, while also remaining steadfast on what is needed to deliver against our goals and plans.
As Program Manager, you’ll need to be transparent and diligent, a trusted source of truth on “how we’re doing,” and provide data wherever possible to recommend changes in course. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, teams focused, and leaders aware of risks as we work together to make homeownership more accessible and less stressful.
