The AIML Data Operations team is a fast paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will engage with teams across Apple’s ecosystem with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality data to be used for ML algorithm development. In this role, you will be working closely with ML algorithm teams as a key stakeholder who provides crucial data they need to develop their ML algorithms that works for all Apple Customers

Description

You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, creating data-collection protocols, working with vendors or internal stakeholders to acquire what is requested at the same time working with support teams (for example) to resource projects adequately. You might also engage with legal to make sure the data is collected in compliance with legal and privacy norms worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing projects or programs including large, cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
  • Excellent program management skills including program structuring, timeline & resource planning, vendor management and managing multiple work streams interdependently
  • Self-directed and proactive. You thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, good attention to detail, capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills in negotiation, presentation and influence. Can clearly articulate pointed questions to disambiguate strong customer requests from true customer requirements.
  • Excellent in teamwork and relationship building. Works to establish a collaborative working environment. Will go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • Follows through on commitments exhibiting a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to simultaneously face multiple teams and/or partner organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automated data validation experience using ML technologies will be a strong advantage
  • Experience with Python, GIT or other source control & Programming languages is an advantage

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
