What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the SERDES system signoff activities, including team allocation and commitments.
• Handling customer communications related to system signoffs or performance issues.
• Delivering executive summaries and risk status updates.
• Analyzing link budgets for high-speed serial links to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilizing tools like MATLAB to model SERDES transmitters and receivers.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record in a management or supervisory role.
• Expertise in analyzing link budgets for high-speed serial links.
• Familiarity with modeling SERDES transmitters and receivers using tools like MATLAB.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
