SUMMARY
Under general supervision, plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with department leadership to complete identified project objectives, complete duties associated with purchases, contracts and staffing in SAP and SRM, and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. This may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines
Associate’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, or related field; AND three (3) years of administrative support experience, preferably with MPS; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by Human Resources.

A valid Minnesota State Driver’s License may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and heavy phone usage.
