What will your job look like?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and global teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specs and development tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets high standards of performance and reliability.
- Lead code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and secure software.
- Mentor junior developers and actively support team knowledge sharing.
- Apply security best practices throughout the development cycle.
- Stay ahead of tech trends, continuously improving the codebase and tools.
- Take ownership across the full development lifecycle—from idea to production support.
All you need is...
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Strong Java programming skills and deep understanding of backend systems.
- Solid experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record in designing and building scalable, production-ready applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed system design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Good familiarity with Linux-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, team spirit, and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills in English.
