Job Description:

Lead critical projects under display technology to support the growth plan and increase 3M penetration .

Responsible for sales target for the new growth projects .

Engage BOE technical leadership team and business leadership team to gain the insight of critical projects to maximize 3M value .

Explore business opportunities in BOE in new technology areas like perovskite solar panel ,semiconductor business , Micro-optical area.

Work with Marquee Account Team to determine the directions and priorities of the growth projects .

Deeply understand 3M capability and lead the cross function team to accelerate the landing of top projects .

Responsible to organize the technology exchange meetings to drive progress of critical projects

Responsible for the Go-to-Market Model for the new business to ensure the smooth commercialization .

Develop the handbook and project documents to ensure the smooth transition to the operation team .

Work with segment marketing team to develop the promotion campaigns to accelerate the landing of new projects , new technologies .
