Job Summary

We are seeking an expert-level CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to join our high-performance manufacturing team. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC Lathe machines using MasterCAM, ensuring precision and efficiency in every part produced.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines using MasterCAM.
• Follow Router plans and collaborate with Manufacturing on updates.
• Maximize machine utilization and unattended run time.
• Perform first-piece inspections and complete inspection paperwork.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
• Report deviations and errors to the Manufacturing Job Leader.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor tool inventory.
• Assist in router planning with Manufacturing Engineers.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance of work area.
• Train and motivate team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in CNC programming (Lathe, Live Tooling, Subspindles).
• Proficiency in MasterCAM, SolidWorks, G-code, and M-code.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Experience with CNC machining and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to read and understand quality manuals and procedures.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and travel when required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
