???? Position: ASSEMBLER – 1st Shift

????Location: Hamburg, NY

????Pay Rate: $18.00 – $18.50/hour

????Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Optional OT on Fridays)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembler to join our team in Hamburg, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling piping systems used in firetruck water systems. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble piping systems according to detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Perform light 12V electrical wiring as part of the assembly process.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and measure piping components.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or general labor setting.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Comfortable lifting 40–50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and stooping.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and Word.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
