Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator and Welder to join our dynamic team. This role involves fabricating and welding structural steel components in a shop environment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld structural steel components according to specified requirements.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform MIG welding and fitting tasks on mild steel and structural steel.
• Utilize flux core welding techniques as needed.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of flux core welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a metal fabrication shop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
