Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in creating gear boxes for conveyors of various sizes. You will be responsible for assembling gear reducers, gear motors, and other drive components using work orders, hand tools, and power tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches. Quality checks and unit tests are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble gear reducers, gear motors, and drive components.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks and test assembled units.
  • Handle larger gearbox assemblies, which are more complex.
  • Assemble smaller motor units, which are simpler.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience.
  • At least 1 year of job tenure in recent roles.
  • Ability to move and handle up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in assembling units from the ground up.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.32 - $21.93/hr.
