What You Will Do

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Own the end-to-end development for AI application dashboards.
  • Collaborate with visual/interaction designers, other engineers, and product managers to launch new GP AI products, iterate on existing features, and build a world-class user experience.
  • Implement cutting-edge technologies and will be writing state-of-the-art code to ensure deliveries of highly performant and elegant applications.
  • Foster growth and a collaborative mindset for all members of your team.
  • Proactively identify technical debt and implement solutions to improve product iteration speed.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, high execution velocity, and intellectual humility.
  • Establish best practices for high-quality technical design and engineering.
  • Manage own learning and contribute to technical skill building of the team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with MVC architecture for web development using React.
  • Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C#, following best practices for performance and maintainability.
  • Infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK or Terraform.
  • Develop rich, interactive front-end components using Kendo UI with seamless integration to back-end APIs.
  • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic for efficient data access, analysis, and reporting.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Redux for state management
  • Skill in testing React components and applications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and UX.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on end-to-end ownership of features.
  • Able to mentor juniors and collaborate on architecture/design.
  • Familiarity with web development using Angular and NextJS.
  • Experienced in building fast, user-friendly web applications with modern tools and best practices.
  • Skilled in organizing and managing application data efficiently, with a strong understanding of how to handle shared and local state.
  • Good at creating clean, reusable components and improving performance through techniques like code splitting and lazy loading.
  • Strong background in building secure and maintainable backend services, with proper structure, error handling, and version control.
  • Able to implement user authentication, access control, and logging, while ensuring the system is easy to monitor and troubleshoot.
