Reporting to Director, Capacity, Access & Flow (Acute/ALC/LTC), the Lead, Capacity, Access & Flow (ALC) is responsible for planning and strategy development related to Alternate Level of Care (ALC) and community-based care for individuals at risk of ALC. This includes providing expert advice on planning, research, and implementation, and collaborating with Strategy, System Planning, Design & Implementation teams.
This regional role focuses on the unique needs of Ontario Health’s North East and North West regions.
