OpenText Content Cloud offers a suite of end-to-end enterprise content management solutions, from capture to full lifecycle management to archiving. Content Cloud integrates with the systems that produce and consume information, extending enterprise-grade content management deeper into the organization and facilitating seamless access, distribution and use of both structured and unstructured data. Our global sales team at OpenText Content Services works with customers to help them power modern work with cloud-based content management that integrates with the enterprise applications that produce and consume information. From there cusomers can extend content management deeper into the organization to facilitate seamless information access, distribution and use.

"As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales and helping prospects understand the strategic value of OpenText's Content Cloud solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their IT ecosystems and business needs, providing a comprehensive view of how OpenText’s solutions can support their digital transformation journey. Your ability to communicate the value of OpenText solutions and guide customers in realizing their full potential will directly contribute to our success in complex, high-impact environments”

What The Role Offers

  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring alignment and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop scalable, adaptable solutions aligned with their evolving business needs.
  • Work with Account Executives to communicate the value of OpenText’s Content Cloud solutions.
  • Develop technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and deliver tailored customer presentations.
  • Assist with relationship management, technical sales information, and tools.
  • Represent OpenText at trade shows and industry events, contributing to the company's visibility.
  • Lead technical portions of design sessions, creating deliverables and recommended solutions.
  • Participate in scoping, technical RFx responses, and solution development.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), managing requirements, coordinating team efforts, and presenting findings.
  • Analyze data and create innovative solutions that evolve beyond customer requirements.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Fluent in German/ French plus fluent in English
  • Experience in a presales role, ideally in a SaaS/Cloud environment ECM related experience.
  • Knowledge of the Information Management software market
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS), multi-tenancy, and automation.
  • Solid presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, qualify, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a global mindset.
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence
