Are you a hands-on IT professional with a knack for solving hardware issues? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your technical skills make a real impact? Our client is looking for Intermediate-Level IT Technicians to join their dynamic Data Center Operations Team!

This is your chance to work in a cutting-edge data center environment, where you'll be at the heart of server hardware troubleshooting, implementation, and optimization.

???? What You’ll Do:

As a Data Center Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on servers and IT equipment
• Installing and deploying IT and network hardware
• Performing physical upgrades and optimizations
• Running diagnostics and documenting technical procedures
• Supporting internal networks, cable infrastructure, and ticketing systems
• Responding to support tickets from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Conducting hardware and inventory audits
• Creating and testing patch cables and verifying cable paths
• Supporting colocation, connectivity, and network services

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computer or server hardware
• Strong passion for technology and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage support tickets
• Familiarity with data center environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
