Senior Software Developer - React, Python and Nodejs - Pune/Chennai India

As a Senior Software Developer at Byzzer, NielsenIQ’s flagship platform for emerging CPG brands, you’ll work across the full stack to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that drive real-time insights for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Implement efficient algorithms and seamless user experiences using React.js, Python, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data researchers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support dynamic data access and delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend components.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to evolve the platform.
• Contribute to Agile practices including sprint planning, estimation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio of technical projects demonstrating full stack expertise
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Frontend: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python, TypeScript
• Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL, TypeORM
• Testing & Automation: Cypress.io
• Other Tools: RESTful APIs, Git, Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Angular, C#, or Firebase, Go Lang
• Familiarity with automation testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to scalable architecture and microservices
