このポジションの役割と価値

本ポジションでは、単なる技術的エキスパートではなく、People Leaderとして、組織の戦略と開発者教育をリードできる方を歓迎します。AI時代、データ統合時代において、企業におけるSalesforceの本格的な定着と消費モデルへの変革を促進する鍵は、エンジニア・開発者・アーキテクト人材の育成と自立です。

この役割では、TrailheadやCommunityなどを活用しながらエンドユーザー教育を推進し、社内外でのThought Leadershipを発揮していただきます。強いチームを構築し、開発者と企業の成長をつなぐ“技術伝道者”として、日本市場でのSalesforce活用の深化を支えてください。

主な業務内容

• Salesforceプラットフォームおよび連携ソリューション（Data Cloud、AI、Platform、Slack、Heroku、MuleSoftなど）について、最新技術やユースケースを常にキャッチアップし、開発者目線での実践的な知見を蓄積・発信する
• Trailheadやイベント、オンラインコンテンツを活用し、開発者・エンジニアの育成とスキルアップを支援する
• 開発者やアーキテクトが自律的に学び、成果を出せるような環境・ナレッジの整備とコミュニティの活性化をリードする
• 業界を先導するようなインスピレーションに満ちたデモやアプリを企画・開発する
• 動画・記事など多様なコンテンツを通じて継続的に学びと気づきを提供する
• オンライン・オフライン問わず、開発者イベント・Meetup・カンファレンス等での登壇を通じて啓発活動を行う
• 製品チーム、マーケティング、営業と連携し、技術の魅力や価値を的確に伝えることで製品理解と利用促進を支援する

求める人物像・経験

• 12~15年以上の関連経験
• Salesforceプラットフォームでの3年以上の開発・実装経験
• DX・AI・データ統合領域への深い理解と教育・発信への情熱
• Trailhead・Slack・YouTube・ブログなどを活用した教育と影響力のある発信経験
• Web開発（JavaScript、HTML、CSS、Node.js）、Flow、Apex、APIなどに関する技術的知見
• コミュニティリードまたは組織構築におけるリーダーシップ経験
• プレゼンテーション・文章力・動画制作力に優れ、複雑な概念を分かりやすく伝える力
• 戦略的思考とチームビルディングに自信のある方
