Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Sarasota, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00+ per hour (compensation may be flexible based on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview:

Our valued client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in a bullpen-style office environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting with other team members. The ideal candidate will assist with answering phones, helping customers, processing orders, and supporting various office functions. Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Sage software is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues.
  • Accurately input and process customer orders into the system.
  • Support AR/AP functions as needed, ensuring familiarity with the processes.
  • Maintain focus and organization in a fast-paced bullpen environment alongside three other team members.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is required.
  • Experience with AR and AP is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Sage software is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to stay focused in a busy, collaborative environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Training:

1-2 weeks of training will be provided to ensure the candidate is equipped for success in this role.

Interview Availability:

Interviews can be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after 12:00 PM with Stephanie and Michael.
