Full-time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are currently hiring a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician for a leading fleet operation in the transportation and logistics industry. This company supports critical freight movement across Canada and the U.S., including agricultural supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair Operations

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems including brakes, steering, transmissions, engines, and wheels
  • Complete inspections and road tests to ensure mechanical integrity
  • Recommend and source necessary parts and supplies
  • Maintain proper documentation and update work orders accurately
  • Follow all safety and regulatory standards

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to training and mentoring of junior mechanics
  • Share technical knowledge and support peer development
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments on repair progress and needs

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Promote and follow all OHSA standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)
  • Minimum
  • Valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major truck systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using maintenance software and Microsoft Office tools Why You’ll Want This Role:
