Overview:
We are currently hiring a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician for a leading fleet operation in the transportation and logistics industry. This company supports critical freight movement across Canada and the U.S., including agricultural supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair Operations
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Troubleshoot and repair systems including brakes, steering, transmissions, engines, and wheels
- Complete inspections and road tests to ensure mechanical integrity
- Recommend and source necessary parts and supplies
- Maintain proper documentation and update work orders accurately
- Follow all safety and regulatory standards
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to training and mentoring of junior mechanics
- Share technical knowledge and support peer development
- Communicate effectively with internal departments on repair progress and needs
Health & Safety Compliance
- Promote and follow all OHSA standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)
- Minimum
- Valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major truck systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using maintenance software and Microsoft Office tools Why You’ll Want This Role:
