The Supply Chain Systems Administrator will serve as the functional owner and primary administrator of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform within the Indirect Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement processes through effective system administration, supplier enablement, catalog and contract lifecycle management, and data integrity oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement operations and Coupa system functionality to drive continuous improvement, system adoption, and user satisfaction
Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, Minnesota
What you will do:
- Manage supplier onboarding and enablement processes within Coupa.
- Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Review and approve low-risk supplier changes and updates.
- Set up and manage punchout and hosted catalogs for indirect categories.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, usability, and compliance with negotiated pricing and contracts. Contract Lifecycle Management:
- Own the Coupa CLM module, including contract entry, routing, tracking, and repository maintenance.
- Collaborate with sourcing, legal, and category management to ensure accurate and timely contract uploads and renewals.
- Act as a Coupa superuser and first-line support for procurement system users.
- Manage user roles and permissions.
- Support testing, deployment, and communication of new functionality or configuration changes. Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor system usage and compliance to policies and processes.
- Generate and distribute reports on supplier performance, contract expirations, and catalog activity. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process enhancements within Coupa to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT as needed for system integrations or advanced technical support.
- Develop long-term training plan for Coupa, including curriculum, training materials, and platforms.
- Monitor user engagement and adjust training approaches based on feedback and system usage trends.
- Deliver training sessions, tailored to different user types.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related areas
- 2 years of experience in supporting supply chain, operations, manufactruing, or a related field.

The typical salary for this position ranges from $66,000-$86,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
