Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Maintenance Operations: Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Scheduling & Planning: Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent repair needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment status.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage tools, parts, and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 pm - 6 am Sunday night through Friday morning).
• Technical degree, or equivalent technical certifications, with 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Must had led others.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance software).
• Competent in repairs of Injection Molding Machines and automation. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, material handling systems, and auxiliaries (compressors, chillers, etc.). Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems. Able to see “big picture” or entire process of a machine and determine troubleshooting strategy.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Leadership and team coordination, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and task prioritization.
