Nokia is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to showcase microwave (MW) offerings and develop joint network evolution plans with current and potential customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region; focus on generating demand, driving business growth, and ensuring strong, profitable outcomes for the Mobile Networks (MN) business unit.
This role develops Nokia's microwave business within the APAC region for both Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include influencing customer technology strategies, implementing sales programs, and optimizing deal profitability through risk assessment and solution design. Further responsibilities encompass identifying product portfolio gaps, aligning the product roadmap with R&D, and fostering knowledge sharing of innovations and best practices across pre-sales teams to ensure the creation of competitive and winning proposals.
