Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead critical platform initiatives, with a strong focus on Service Mapping and CMDB optimization. The role involves driving roadmap planning, platform integrations, and citizen development programs, while ensuring scalable and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business objectives

Lead Service Mapping efforts and drive CMDB health improvement initiatives

Define the ServiceNow platform roadmap and promote platform maturity

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, particularly Azure DevOps (ADO)

Establish frameworks for Citizen Development and low-code/no-code governance

Guide teams in implementing Automated Test Framework (ATF) for consistent testing

Work closely with stakeholders to align architectural decisions with business priorities

Take ownership of technically complex challenges and drive successful outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role

Strong hands-on experience in ITOM – especially Service Mapping and Discovery

In-depth understanding of CMDB design, structure, and maintenance best practices

Practical knowledge of ITSM, integrations, and platform governance

Proficiency in using ATF for automated testing and upgrade readiness

Certifications (Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – multiple preferred; CIS – Service Mapping would be a great value add

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Ability to independently run proof of concepts (POCs) for new use cases or features

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
