Agilitas, a pan-European private equity firm known for its strategic investments in high-quality businesses, is expected to complete its acquisition of Tietoevry Tech Services in Q3 2025. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Purpose

The Tech Services Corporate & Change Communications Manager / Lead is responsible for handling internal and external corporate communication activities, promoting transparency, and fostering trust among stakeholders through timely communications and an active dialogue.

The key task for the role is to ensure strategic alignment and reach of corporate key messages internally and externally, and to create engagement and commitment across the organization of approx. 7000 employees globally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Foster the annual employee communications agenda focusing on Tech Services strategy, strategic themes and key change initiatives as well as culture and values.
  • Foster a sustainable communications infrastructure and channel strategy for the new company and ensure implementation of it across businesses.
  • Plan, manage and execute selected corporate communications projects and initiatives like Quarterly results communications, annual report, sustainability reporting etc.
  • Empower, plan and manage employee engagement and community activation jointly with HR and colleagues at Marketing & Communications team.
  • Support Tech Services teams in Czech Republic and India with communications and guidance.

Ways of working:

  • The role works in the intersection of communications, HR, finance and leadership to set the agenda and the priorities for employee communications and engagement.
  • Plan and execute communications to enhance the culture and boost values and monitor the impact of activities.
  • Act as the change engine for ongoing transformation, identifying and broadly implementing the best ways of working across the wider organization.

We expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in employee communications, PR and media relations, ideally from large complex organizations, from an agency or from other tech companies.
  • Experience in issues and crisis management.
  • Master's-level education in business, communication or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in written and spoken English, native speaker in minimum one Nordic language.
  • Change communications experience from large, complex organisations.

Other qualifications:

  • Personal characteristics and ability to lead and mobilize multiple stakeholders and demands in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to both executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Culture ambassador - creates a climate of inclusion and implements strategies to bring a diverse set of perspectives to the team and its outcomes.
