About the Role

Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes

• Supervise POS Individual team with BAU activities (including but not limited to assessing and completing requests from clients, tracking and managing premium collection and refund, managing and clearing customers screening AML, high risk…)
• In charge of project/product development for POS individual life policies
• Conduct POS Individual quality assurance control and breach escalation control
• Conduct data analysis for Operational risk
• Report to Group Office on monthly basis / ad hoc/ quarterly basis
• Monitor and manage CX GOE
• Initiate plans to improve operational efficiency of POS Individual Team
• Conduct refresher trainings regularly team members and distributions teams
• Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager and Functional Head
