As a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the evolution of Clink, our innovative workflow management system for customer onboarding. You will contribute to the architecture, design, and development of scalable software that supports our air, sea, and road logistics operations. You will work within a cross-functional product team, collaborating with business analysts, architects, and DevOps experts. Your focus will be on developing robust backend components and integrating process workflows that support digital logistics processes globally.

How you create impact

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services for the Clink platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient and maintainable code.
• Implement and integrate BPMN-based workflows using tools like Camunda.
• Collaborate with architects to align technical decisions with system architecture and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Ensure high code quality through test automation, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab), and tools like SonarQube.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share your knowledge with the team.

What we would like you to bring

• Proven experience in backend development with Java (Springboot or Quarkus Frameworks) in an agile environment.
• Experience with workflow engines (ideally Camunda) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ or Kafka).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with tools like Gitlab CI, Sonarqube, and Docker.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in logistics or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
