Open Government, Information and Privacy Unit
Your role

You will play a key role in ensuring DCJ’s compliance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act), and subpoenas. Provide legal, clerical and administrative support to solicitors and legal staff in the Open Government, Information and Privacy Unit, DCJ Legal (OGIP), for the processing and determination of applications under the following legislation/schemes:
