About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead, plan, and oversee all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Warehouse Operations, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing customer partnerships, and ensuring performance, safety, and profitability standards are met. This is a leadership role requiring strong analytical, customer-facing, and team development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for warehouse, distribution, and in-plant services to ensure customer expectations and company goals are consistently exceeded
- Drive continuous improvement, process innovation, and performance initiatives across assigned facilities
- Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning to build high-performing teams
- Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining strong relationships and responding proactively to service needs, issues, and new opportunities
- Manage KPIs, customer-specific pricing strategy, scope management, and contract execution
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all operations, including adherence to ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015, OHSAS-18000:2007, DOT, and C-TPAT standards
- Partner with internal solution teams to implement technical and functional customer requirements
- Support budget development and site-level financial performance
- Perform regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Lead weekly customer communications and execute documented site visit agendas with measurable outcomes
- Develop and enforce programs that promote employee engagement, accountability, and high-performance culture
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations management
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and exceeding operational KPIs
- Knowledge of Lean principles, value stream mapping, time studies, and logistics pricing models
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license required
