As a Production Operator, you will be actively involved in the production floor, starting as a machine assistant. Your role involves standing for 9+ hours a day, collecting cardboard at the end of high-speed machines that can produce 400 boxes per minute. You will be responsible for inspecting boxes using a tape measure and assisting in various production areas, maintaining a fast-paced workflow, and constantly moving and lifting. During slower periods, you will be expected to proactively find tasks such as sweeping. Additionally, you will work in the baler room, collecting excess materials from each station and placing them in the baler room.
Once hired, candidates are eligible for a $1-$2 raise, offering potential for growth and increased earnings.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
