Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following standard procedures.
  • Calibrate and monitor computer systems to ensure accurate machine settings.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment performance.
  • Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications; conduct basic quality tests.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with machine startups, adjustments, and daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Properly label, identify, and dispose of rejected materials.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay:$28.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or labor-intensive roles preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57630.00 - $68157.00/yr.

In a steady growing industry (turning recycled product into cardboard boxes). Many employees/supervisors moved from one of their northern plants o the Richmond Plant. Will have a steady supervising unit.
