Job Description
As a Factory Project Leader you are the main interface between ASML local factory (Linkou) and our global suppliers or global supplier account team regarding Supplier Parts Quality. Factory PL is a formal collaboration channel and relationship management between SS&P department and local factory.
Supplier Parts Quality
- Participate in alignment of Material Review Board (MRB)/ CQN (Customer Quality Notification)/ DOA (Dead on Arrival) across ASML WW internal stakeholders and communication to global suppliers
- Manage suppliers with QSMs towards root cause analysis on the defect materials and drive for structural solutions to reach zero repeat and to minimize production interruption
- Report out to the senior management during monthly reviews of supplier’s performance
Q&L Function lead toward Local Factory
- Represent Q&L function to factory led meetings and projects
- Present projects and deliverables at management reviews including KPI performance and its improvements. Monitor and drive performance from incidents to structural improvement.
Local Factory Request Intake Process Management
- Be a first point of contact from local factory on new requests and manage intake decision meeting among Q&L department leaders with right priority setting
- Drive and manage Q&L project deliverables that serves local factory needs on operational process development, material availability, material quality, supply chain de-risking, inventory reduction, among others.
