Job Overview

The Manager, IT Support position is responsible for effective planning, managing, and implementing highly visible IT projects that will improve infrastructure and promote efficient operation of the Altura business units. Projects assigned are broad in scope and may involve multiple departments. This position will support the department’s effort to complete multiple projects simultaneously, engage all IT employees effectively, and optimize the use of Company resources.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in IT, business, organizational management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.
  • Instead of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in IT process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Compensation

$130,579.28 - $163,229.46 annually
