We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. Hours may vary depending on workload, and candidates must be flexible with staying overtime when needed.

Duties:

Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. To assist or perform physical counting of inventory in the facility. Research and reconcile all variances found on cycle counts, maintain/ensure accuracy of inventory levels, and supply feedback to departments. Adjust inventory levels on the system through correct data entry records.

• Verify, research, and reconcile cycle counts completed by factory associates.
• Make daily entries to close out cycle counts, adjusting inventory levels, as needed, as well as correcting any entry errors found.
• Interact closely with other departments to solve problems.
• Review system-generated reports to ensure all part numbers are cycle counted on a regular basis and within the defined time schedule.
• Count and reconcile branch-shipping errors
• Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner
• Report all safety issues to the Supervisor.
