Copper River Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our program managers and leadership teams through project oversight, process improvement initiatives, and effective communication. The Project Analyst will gain a comprehensive understanding of government contracting and project operations while contributing to the success of multiple programs.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support project managers with daily administrative and operational tasks across multiple programs.
  • Track and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assist in the development and editing of technical documentation, status reports, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to ensure high-quality service and communication.
  • Maintain and organize program data using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Greenhouse ATS.
  • Support compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and help coordinate project activities across departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting government contracts or in a program/project analyst role.
  • Knowledge of project management principles or methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Experience in a fast-paced or government contracting environment.
