Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking experienced and dependable Second Shift Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Stanchfield, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00–$21.00 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual lathes, and drill presses
• Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, pin gauges, and tape measures
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing machine operation
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, pin gauges, and tape measures
• Strong basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• No background check or drug screen required
