Architecture Library Supervisor
Libraries | Research and Education
Under the direction of the Head of the Architecture Library, this position is responsible for the daily operations of the of the Architecture Library. Hires, trains, schedules and manages student employees and manages student wage budgets. Oversees circulation services including interlibrary loan lending and scanning, manages course reserves, processes new materials. Responsible for daily stacks maintenance and collection projects, answers directional and reference questions, and arranges and leads tours and class visits.
Coordinates with other units in the libraries and across the university. Submits Communications, Facilities and IT Hub requests as needed. Serves as building liaison for Knowlton School of Architecture and University Libraries.
May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends. Consistently demonstrates commitment to our values and promotes an organizational culture of Discovery, Connection, Integrity, and Stewardship (https://library.osu.edu/strategic-directions) as well as dedication to advance the work of the Research and Education unit. All other duties as assigned.
