And now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our brand and business development efforts to the next level.

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Brand Growth

  • Collaborate with the business development team on go-to-market campaigns and growth strategies
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch materials
  • Help shape marketing messaging across service lines and niche industries

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and internal/external communications
  • Coordinate with creative partners and oversee deliverables
  • Support recruiting marketing efforts, including swag, event materials, and digital assets

Creative Direction & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned across all platforms
  • Oversee website updates and manage social media presence
  • Facilitate internal feedback and approval processes

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute firm events including client mixers, educational sessions, and recruiting events
  • Coordinate promotion, logistics, and follow-up strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, web traffic, and lead generation metrics
  • Report on results and use insights to optimize future marketing efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or B2B
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools
  • Experience managing vendors and creative teams
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a bias for action

Bonus Points

  • Background in accounting, finance, or legal industries
  • Event management experience
  • Portfolio of marketing work or campaign highlights
