Your Job

• Chengdu product development test support.
• Chengdu Manufacturing test support.
• Quality issue and costumer complaint test support.

What You Will Do

• Take responsibility for vibration and mechanical shock testing. Maintain and ensure good working condition of vibration equipment.
• Review test requests and conduct product vibration, shock and circuit continuity tests according to related standards/specifications.
• Prepare necessary testing resources, including equipment, fixtures, and materials.
• Develop, check, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Design test method and setup based on test requirements.
• Vibration fixture design proposal and acceptance check.
• Provide explanations and comments for any vibration testing failures.
• Train technicians on machine operation and testing procedures.
• Check test data, review test reports, and ensure the accuracy of test results.
• Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
• Maintain good 7S work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized university or technical institute.
• Min 5 years’ experience working in vibration testing.
• Experience operating standard electrical/electronic test equipment.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications.
• Good English communication skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Connector industry working experience.
• Reliability lab working experience.
• Understand USCAR-2, GWM3191, VW75174 standard.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic failure analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic MSA, GRR, UM.
