Job Description Summary:

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer service to our internal and external customers by accurately processing orders and answering questions under direct supervision.

Because the role requires onsite training, applicants must reside within driving distance to the North Wales facility.

Applicants with data entry and Excel experience are encouraged to apply

Compensation: $20 per hour

Position Hours: Monday - Wednesday start time 7:00 AM

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer calls.
• Enter customer orders into the system.
• Process, organize, and file paperwork.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in consumer products or distribution industry preferred
• 10-Key by touch
• Type 50 words per minute

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
