Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be involved in light and heavy assembly of irrigation equipment. This role requires a commitment to high-volume production, sending out 10,000 to 14,000 faucets daily. You will be on your feet for 10-12 hours and must be willing to work Saturdays. The position involves light assembly of wall faucets and boxes, as well as heavy assembly of industrial sprinklers, which is physically demanding.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wall faucets and irrigation equipment.
  • Contribute to high-volume production output.
  • Perform heavy assembly of industrial sprinklers using hand tools and lubricant.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks requiring twisting and screwing sprinkler heads.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods of 10-12 hours.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in assembly tasks.
  • Ability to operate packaging and packing machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Machine operating experience is a plus.

Work Environment

  • 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3 PM)
  • 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11 PM)
  • 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7 AM)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.75/hr.
