Job Title: Assembly/Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

The Manufacturing Associate plays a vital role in the production department, executing a variety of mechanical and labor functions within a manufacturing environment. This position involves setting up and operating diverse manufacturing equipment, including drills and hand power tools, as well as test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manufacturing equipment such as drills and hand power tools.
• Collaborate effectively with the engineering team.
• Perform visual quality inspections of parts.
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Work with paints, adhesives, solvents, and primers.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a smaller team environment.
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
• US citizenship or permanent residency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in working with paints, adhesives, solvents, and primers.
• Capability to perform visual quality inspections.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of two shifts: 1st Shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and 2nd Shift operates from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Employees are expected to work with various manufacturing tools and materials in a structured setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42120.00 - $46280.00/yr.
