Tool and Die Machinist

Job Description

As a Tool and Die Machinist, you will be responsible for leading the construction of multiple products simultaneously. You will interpret design blueprints to determine the die and mold making plans, perform operations with precision, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction of several products concurrently.
  • Interpret design blueprints to develop die and mold making plans.
  • Perform operations with very close tolerances.
  • Inspect your own work for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Programming teams throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Operate various machinery including Bridge Port, Grinders, Saws, and EDM machines.
  • Comply with Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR rules and standards.
  • Effectively work and communicate as part of a die making team.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of tool making or mold making experience.
  • Machining experience on tooling.
  • Set up and operation of Bridgeport machines.
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Basic math and trigonometry knowledge.
  • Thorough knowledge of the tooling process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $76960.00/yr.

  • 401k 3% company deposit - additional match up to 6%
  • Temperature controlled facility

This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland,OH.
