Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Operator where you will be responsible for machining precision parts to meet our customers' specifications. Enjoy working on lots of repeat projects using various 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines in our facility equipped with over 20 machines.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machinery with minimal assistance, focusing on brands such as Okuma and Shark.
  • Perform setups, changeovers, and offsets utilizing CAM software and Fanuc controls.
  • Select and utilize blueprints within the program to ensure precise machining.
  • Identify quality parts and manage tolerances, including the use of G codes and M codes.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in CNC operation, setups, and changeovers.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Knowledge of CAM software and Fanuc control systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High-level CNC operator experience.
  • Ability to operate CNC machinery independently.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 7AM to 4PM, and Friday from 7AM to 11AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
