Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling various electrical wires and constructing cables based on detailed prints. This role requires a technical focus rather than speed, and the successful candidate must possess extensive assembly knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical wires and build cables according to prints.
  • Handle both small and large-scale cable assembly projects.
  • Ensure accuracy in reading and interpreting blueprints or schematics.
  • Utilize small tools for assembly tasks.
  • Operate machinery involved in production processes.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of assembly experience.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints or schematics.
  • Experience with electrical assembly processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders.
  • Experience with general production and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience using small tools for assembly tasks.
  • General labor skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
